A Busy Week

A Busy Week

This week has been a busy one for our team in particular for two of our technicians who attended a customers property to discover a slightly larger job than anticipated.

The customer had been noticing Rodent activity and was shocked to discover that the rodent had in fact managed to make its way up through the sewer system and chew its way through the soil pipe.

Our technician initially removed the pipe and replaced with a new one whilst also placing bait stations in various locations.

Whilst carrying out the proofing survey our team also discovered that the rodent had made its way up through the cavity wall and into the loft area, contaminating the insulation.

Traps were placed with rapid results and we have been able to return to remove the infected contents, sanitise the area and then replace the insulation.

Jobs like these just show how important it is to carry out a full survey of the property, internally and externally, the customer had no idea initially that the rodents had entered the loft space but now have full peace of mind that every corner has been covered and they are completely rodent free.
