Millennium Pest Control Ltd surveyed at a property in Suffolk just before Christmas.
Customer complained of a smell and files coming from the loft space, the customer asked Millennium to provide a quote for clearing and cleaning the loft.
When Millennium conducted the survey the technician noted findings of bat activity, this was identified by the bat droppings. Millennium recommended the customer must contact the British Bat Association before the works could commence.
As a result of the survey provided from British Bat Association, we were then safe to carry out the works as it was considered a maternity site. Millennium: organised the hire of the skip for the site; cleared away the entire loft of old cross contaminated insulation; This was then placed into clear bags and then disposed of; hoovered away dropping and any further debris in loft.
