BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)     You are over 18 and will be present to allow us access to your property for the date you have booked the treatment, am bookings are 8am – Midday pm bookings are Midday – 6pm.

2)     Our Pest controller will arrive in an unmarked vehicle to remain discreet, they will be wearing company uniform and will provide photo id badge.

3)     We will expect you to show our pest controller the location of the pest problem.

4)     If we arrive and you are not present we will charge a call out fee of £45+vat.

5)     We expect you to have read the preparation advice for the pest we are treating before our arrival, if the preparation advice is not carried out and we cannot carry out the treatment we will abort the treatment and apply a call out charge of £45+vat.

6)     It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no children, pets or livestock in the area or rooms that we are treating. There is an exclusion time of 4 hours for all insect treatments and for treatment to rats, mice and squirrels it is your responsibility to keep children and pets away from traps, poisons and bait stations for the course duration of the treatment.

7)    What happens if a treatment does not work? Pest Infestations vary in severity, For Private domestic customers that have paid for at least 3 treatments (which has been completed over a 6 week period) to control rodents (either rats mice and squirrels) and have completed all of the proofing and housekeeping recommendations made by the technician on our visit reports, we will send a surveyor out free of charge to re assess the rodent issue, and if our findings confirm that all recommendations have been actioned by the client we will carry out one further treatment free of charge. If the recommendations have not been actioned and our surveyor confirms that this is the reason preventing the treatment from working, we reserve the right to charge for additonal visits.

Rodent Control and Insect control for commercial customers: Due to the higher risk one off 3 course treatments cannot be guaranteed to provide full eradication, it is advised all commercial clients purchase a preventative pest control maintenance contract that provides all year round control for their premises.

Wasps / Hornets Nests: We guarantee to eradicate a wasp or hornets nest with 1 treatment if full access is available and the nest location does not exceed a height of more than 15 feet or 4.5 metres from ground level.  A nest exceeding this height we will charge for each subsequent treatment and any access equipment that is required. The treatment will take up to 14 days to work. If 14 days has passed and your wasp or hornets nest is still active, we wll attend for one further treatment free of charge.

We do not treat for bees if we turn up to treat a wasps nest and it turns out being bees we will charge a £45+vat call out fee and refund you the difference of the booked wasps nest charge.

Bed bugs: Bed bug Infestations vary in severity, For Private domestic customers that have paid for a minimum of 3 treatments (which have been completed over a 9 week period) and whom have actioned all of the hygiene and housekeeping recommendations made by the technician on our treatment visit reports, we will send a surveyor out free of charge to re assess the bedbug issue, and if our findings confirm that all recommendations have been actioned by the client we will carry out one further treatment free of charge. If the recommendations have not been actioned and our surveyor confirms that this is the reason preventing the treatment from working, we reserve the right to charge for each additonal treatment visit.

Fleas: Flea Infestations vary in severity, For Private domestic customers that have paid for a minimum of 2 treatments (which have been completed over a 4 week period and have waited 6 weeks from the initial treatment for a complete eradication ) and whom have actioned all of the hygiene and housekeeping recommendations made by the technician on our treatment visit reports, we will send a surveyor out free of charge to re assess the  issue, and if our findings confirm that all recommendations have been actioned by the client we will carry out one further treatment free of charge. If the recommendations have not been actioned and our surveyor confirms that this is the reason preventing the treatment from working, we reserve the right to charge for each additonal treatment visit.

Ants /Earwigs/Spiders: Infestations vary in severity, For Private domestic customers that have paid for a minimum of 2 treatments (which have been completed over a 4 week period and have waited 6 weeks from the initial treatment for a complete eradication ) and whom have actioned all of the hygiene and housekeeping recommendations made by the technician on our treatment visit reports, we will send a surveyor out free of charge to re assess the  issue, and if our findings confirm that all recommendations have been actioned by the client we will carry out one further treatment free of charge. If the recommendations have not been actioned and our surveyor confirms that this is the reason preventing the treatment from working, we reserve the right to charge for each additonal treatment visit.

Clothes Moths/Carpet Beetles: Infestations vary in severity, For Private domestic customers that have paid for a minimum of 2 treatments (which have been completed over a 4 week period and have waited 6 weeks from the initial treatment for a complete eradication ) and whom have actioned all of the hygiene and housekeeping recommendations made by the technician on our treatment visit reports, we will send a surveyor out free of charge to re assess the  issue, and if our findings confirm that all recommendations have been actioned by the client we will carry out one further treatment free of charge. If the recommendations have not been actioned and our surveyor confirms that this is the reason preventing the treatment from working, we reserve the right to charge for each additonal treatment visit.

Cluster FliesInfestations vary in severity - there is no gaurantee for this insect. Regular paid treatments in the Autumn and Spring will help to eradicate and reduce population mumber.

Cockroaches: Infestations vary in severity, For Private domestic customers that have paid for a minimum of 3 treatments (which have been completed over a 9 week period and have waited12 weeks from the initial treatment for a complete eradication ) and whom have actioned all of the hygiene and housekeeping recommendations made by the technician on our treatment visit reports, we will send a surveyor out free of charge to re assess the  issue, and if our findings confirm that all recommendations have been actioned by the client we will carry out one further treatment free of charge. If the recommendations have not been actioned and our surveyor confirms that this is the reason preventing the treatment from working, we reserve the right to charge for each additonal treatment visit.

 

 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your appointment more than one day before (24 hours) before your booked treatment we will provide a full refund.

If you cancel on the day of your visit you will be charged a call out booking fee of £45+vat unless you change your booking date. The future date cannot be cancelled and no further refunds will apply.
