You may cancel your order at any time and at any stage up to 14 working days after you have received your goods.
If the item has not been delivered we will return a full refund.
If the item has been delivered and you wish to cancel if it is within 14 days you will receive a full refund, however if it is after 14 days we will return the total cost less £3.99 for the cost of delivery, subject to the item not being used, opened or the seals broken, please pack in original packaging.
Please note you are reponsible to pay for the return of the item.

Refunds will be paid to the credit card account that purchased the item(s)
If you are in receipt of your purchased item we will arrange a time and date with you within 7 working days to have the item/s collected.
Please note if you are returning an item that is faulty ie damaged or incorrect the total purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days.
